欢迎使用 BBQ BASE（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由 APRESYS (SHANGHAI) PRECISION PHOTOELECTRIC LIMITED（以下简称“我们”）提供。请您在使用本应用及配套 BBQ_BASE 烧烤温度计底座和探针前仔细阅读本协议。
重要提示：本应用提供的温度、预设和提醒仅为烹饪辅助，不能替代食品安全规范、现场检查、医疗建议或专业判断。使用明火、高温设备和探针存在固有风险，请始终遵守硬件说明及当地安全要求。
一、协议的接受与适用
您下载、安装、访问或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意受本协议约束。如果您不同意本协议，请停止使用并卸载本应用。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用本应用和烧烤设备。
通过 Apple App Store 获取本应用时，Apple 的适用服务条款和最终用户许可条款也可能同时适用。如本协议与依法不可排除的消费者权利冲突，以适用法律为准。
二、服务内容
本应用可通过蓝牙发现并连接兼容的 BBQ_BASE 底座，显示探针温度、连接状态和电量，设置温度提醒，记录烹饪过程，并在本机展示烹饪历史。具体功能可能因设备型号、系统版本、权限、网络环境或应用版本而异。
本应用无需注册账号。蓝牙设备信息、温度记录、烹饪历史、备注及偏好当前保存在您的设备本地，具体处理方式请参阅《隐私政策》。
三、使用条件与用户责任
- 您应使用兼容、状态正常且符合安全要求的底座、探针、充电设备和移动设备。
- 您应正确放置探针，避免探针手柄、底座或非耐高温部位直接接触明火、高温表面、液体或超出产品规格的环境。
- 您应保持手机、应用和设备在合理通信距离内，并自行确认蓝牙连接、探针状态、目标温度和提醒设置是否正确。
- 您应妥善保管移动设备，并自行备份需要长期保留的信息。本应用卸载、系统清理或设备损坏可能导致本地记录丢失。
四、食品安全与温度说明
温度读数可能受探针精度、插入位置、食材厚度、环境温度、通信状态及设备状态影响。预设目标温度仅为一般参考，不保证适用于所有食材、地区、健康状况或烹饪方式。
您应依据食材类型、当地食品安全规定及可靠的物理检查确认食材是否适宜食用。APP 提醒未触发、延迟或连接中断，不代表食材已安全或未达到某一温度。
五、许可与知识产权
在您遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您一项有限的、可撤销的、非独占且不可转让的许可，仅用于在您拥有或控制的兼容设备上以个人或内部业务目的使用本应用。
本应用及其界面、软件、文字、图形、商标、数据结构和相关材料中的知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。未经书面许可，您不得复制、修改、反向工程、出售、出租、再许可或以其他方式商业化利用，但适用法律明确允许的除外。
六、禁止行为
- 以违法、欺诈、危险或侵犯他人权益的方式使用本应用；
- 干扰应用、蓝牙设备、版本服务或相关系统的正常运行；
- 规避安全、访问控制或更新机制，传播恶意代码，或尝试获取未经授权的数据；
- 将本应用用于生命支持、医疗诊断、工业安全控制或其他故障可能造成重大人身或财产损害的高风险场景。
七、服务可用性、更新与终止
我们可能为改进功能、安全性、兼容性或遵守法律而发布更新、调整或停止部分功能。蓝牙、系统权限、网络、App Store、手机系统或第三方基础服务异常可能影响本应用。我们会采取合理措施维护服务，但不保证服务始终不中断或完全无误。
普通更新可由您选择安装；在旧版本存在严重安全、兼容或合规风险时，我们可能要求更新后继续使用相关功能。您可以随时停止使用并卸载本应用。
八、免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。我们不对因不当使用硬件、错误放置探针、忽视食品安全要求、超出产品规格、移动设备或第三方服务故障造成的损失承担责任。
任何责任限制均不排除或限制适用法律规定不得排除或限制的责任，也不影响您依法享有的消费者权利。
九、隐私与反馈
我们按照《隐私政策》处理与本应用有关的信息。当您主动发送反馈邮件时，我们会使用您提供的信息处理问题。请勿在反馈中提供密码、付款信息或与问题无关的敏感个人信息。
十、协议变更
我们可能因功能、法律法规或平台要求变化更新本协议。重大变更会通过应用内提示、网站或其他合理方式告知。更新后的协议自页面标明的日期起生效；如您不同意更新内容，可以停止使用并卸载本应用。
十一、适用法律与争议处理
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律，但不影响您依据所在地强制性消费者保护法律享有的权利。发生争议时，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，在适用法律允许的范围内，可向运营主体所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to BBQ BASE (the “App”), provided by APRESYS (SHANGHAI) PRECISION PHOTOELECTRIC LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Agreement before using the App or a compatible BBQ_BASE barbecue thermometer base and probe.
Important: Temperatures, presets, and alerts provided by the App are cooking aids only. They do not replace food-safety guidance, physical inspection, medical advice, or professional judgment. Open flame, hot equipment, and probes involve inherent risks. Always follow the hardware instructions and applicable safety requirements.
1. Acceptance and Scope
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the App. Minors should use the App and barbecue equipment only with guardian supervision.
When the App is obtained through the Apple App Store, applicable Apple service terms and end-user license terms may also apply. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Service
The App can discover and connect to a compatible BBQ_BASE base over Bluetooth, display probe temperature, connection and battery status, configure temperature alerts, record cooking sessions, and display local history. Features may vary with hardware model, operating system, permissions, network environment, and App version.
No user account is required. Bluetooth device information, temperatures, cooking history, notes, and preferences are currently stored locally on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Conditions of Use and Your Responsibilities
- Use compatible, properly functioning bases, probes, charging equipment, and mobile devices that meet applicable safety requirements.
- Place probes correctly. Keep probe handles, the base, and other non-heat-resistant parts away from direct flame, hot surfaces, liquids, and conditions outside product specifications.
- Keep the phone, App, and hardware within a reasonable communication range and independently confirm Bluetooth connection, probe state, target temperature, and alert settings.
- Protect your mobile device and back up information you need to retain. Uninstalling the App, system cleanup, or device failure may remove local records.
4. Food Safety and Temperature Information
Readings can be affected by probe accuracy, insertion point, food thickness, ambient temperature, communication state, and hardware condition. Preset temperatures are general references and may not suit every food, region, health condition, or cooking method.
Use applicable local food-safety guidance and reliable physical checks to determine whether food is safe to eat. A missing or delayed alert, or a disconnected App, does not establish that food is safe or has not reached a particular temperature.
5. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on compatible devices you own or control for personal or internal business purposes.
The App and its interface, software, text, graphics, trademarks, data structures, and related materials are owned by us or their respective rights holders. Except where applicable law expressly permits, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit them without written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the App unlawfully, fraudulently, dangerously, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
- Interfering with the App, Bluetooth hardware, update service, or related systems;
- Circumventing security, access controls, or update mechanisms; distributing malicious code; or attempting to obtain unauthorized data; or
- Using the App for life support, medical diagnosis, industrial safety control, or other high-risk uses where failure could cause serious personal injury or property damage.
7. Availability, Updates, and Termination
We may release updates or modify or discontinue features to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or legal compliance. Bluetooth, permissions, networks, the App Store, mobile operating systems, or third-party infrastructure may affect availability. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may choose whether to install an ordinary update. Where an old version presents a serious security, compatibility, or compliance risk, an update may be required to continue using affected features. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of hardware, incorrect probe placement, failure to follow food-safety requirements, use outside product specifications, or failures of mobile devices or third-party services.
No limitation in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy and Feedback
We process information relating to the App as described in our Privacy Policy. When you voluntarily send feedback, we use the information you provide to address your request. Do not include passwords, payment information, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement when features, laws, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the App, our website, or another reasonable method. The updated Agreement takes effect on the date shown above. If you disagree, you may stop using and uninstall the App.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution. Where permitted by applicable law, unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s domicile.
