欢迎使用 BBQ BASE（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由 APRESYS (SHANGHAI) PRECISION PHOTOELECTRIC LIMITED（以下简称“我们”）提供，用于通过蓝牙连接 BBQ_BASE 烧烤温度计底座、显示探针温度、设置到温提醒并保存烹饪记录。本政策说明本应用处理哪些信息、处理目的、保存方式，以及您可以如何管理这些信息和权限。
摘要：本应用无需注册或登录，不包含广告或跨应用跟踪。当前版本不会将蓝牙设备信息、探针温度、烹饪记录或备注上传至我们的服务器；这些数据仅保存在您的设备本地。
一、我们处理的信息
为提供核心功能，本应用会在您的设备本地处理以下信息：
- 蓝牙及设备信息：附近 BBQ_BASE 设备名称、系统提供的设备标识、信号强度、连接状态、底座序列号及电量信息，用于发现、识别、连接和记住您选择的设备。
- 探针与烹饪数据：探针编号、在线状态、温度、电量、目标温度、烹饪开始和完成时间、温度变化记录及您填写的探针备注，用于实时显示、到温提醒及历史记录。
- 应用偏好：语言、摄氏度或华氏度设置，用于保留您的使用偏好。
本应用当前不要求您提供姓名、手机号码、账号、精确位置、通讯录、相机、照片、麦克风或广告标识符，也不使用这些信息完成核心功能。
二、蓝牙权限的使用
本应用仅在您同意后使用 iOS 蓝牙权限，以扫描、连接和与 BBQ_BASE 底座交换温度及状态数据。拒绝蓝牙权限不会导致其他个人信息被收集，但设备发现、连接和温度显示等核心功能将无法使用。
您可以随时前往 iPhone 的“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 蓝牙”关闭 BBQ BASE 的蓝牙权限。关闭权限后，本应用将无法继续连接底座，直至您重新授权。
三、信息的使用目的
- 发现、连接、断开或切换 BBQ_BASE 蓝牙设备；
- 显示探针温度、电量、连接状态和烹饪曲线；
- 保存目标温度、触发到温提醒并展示烹饪历史；
- 保存语言、温度单位和探针备注等本地偏好；
- 诊断本机蓝牙连接异常。诊断日志仅在设备本地处理，除非您主动将相关内容提供给我们。
四、存储、保留与删除
上述数据保存在 iOS 为本应用分配的本地存储空间内，不会由本应用同步至我们的服务器。烹饪记录会保留在本机，直至您在历史记录页面删除，或卸载本应用。您也可以清空探针备注后保存。
如需删除本应用保存的全部本地数据，请在 iPhone 上删除 BBQ BASE 应用；重新安装后将创建新的本地存储。由于本应用不提供账号服务，我们不会在服务器上保存可供注销的用户账号或烹饪记录。
五、共享、出售与第三方服务
我们不会出售您的个人信息，也不会将本地蓝牙数据、探针温度、烹饪记录或备注用于广告或跨应用跟踪。本应用未集成第三方广告服务或独立的用户行为分析服务。
本应用运行依赖 Apple iOS、App Store 及基础应用运行框架。Apple 可能根据您的设备设置处理 App Store、系统诊断或崩溃信息；相关处理受 Apple 自身隐私政策约束。本应用不会因此获得您的本地烹饪记录。
六、您主动联系我们时的信息
如果您通过电子邮件或电话联系我们，我们会处理您主动提供的联系信息、问题描述、设备型号、应用版本或诊断材料，以便提供客户支持。我们仅在解决问题及履行法定义务所需期限内保留这些信息，不会将其用于广告或跨应用跟踪。
七、信息安全
我们采取合理措施减少未经授权的访问、披露、篡改或丢失风险，包括利用 iOS 应用沙盒保存本地数据、仅请求实现功能所需的蓝牙权限，以及限制应用中的网络和第三方组件。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保护您的设备及系统访问密码。
八、儿童隐私
本应用不是专门面向儿童设计的产品，也不会主动收集儿童个人信息。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用烧烤设备、本应用和温度探针。
九、食品安全提示
本应用展示的温度及预设仅作为烹饪辅助参考，不能替代食品安全规范、现场检查或专业判断。食材种类、厚度、测量位置、静置时间及探针精度均可能影响结果。请结合当地食品安全指引确认食材状态，并按照硬件安全说明使用底座和探针。
十、政策更新
我们可能因功能、法律法规或平台规则变化更新本政策。重大变更会通过应用内提示、官方网站或其他适当方式说明。更新后的政策自页面所示生效日期起生效。

Welcome to BBQ BASE (the “App”). The App is provided by APRESYS (SHANGHAI) PRECISION PHOTOELECTRIC LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It connects to a BBQ_BASE barbecue thermometer base over Bluetooth, displays probe temperatures, configures temperature alerts, and stores cooking records. This Policy explains what information the App processes, why it is processed, how it is retained, and how you can manage it and the related permissions.
Summary: The App does not require registration or sign-in and does not contain advertising or cross-app tracking. The current version does not upload Bluetooth device information, probe temperatures, cooking records, or notes to our servers. This data remains locally on your device.
1. Information Processed by the App
To provide its core features, the App processes the following information locally on your device:
- Bluetooth and device information: nearby BBQ_BASE device name, the device identifier provided by the operating system, signal strength, connection state, base serial number, and battery information, used to discover, identify, connect to, and remember the device you select.
- Probe and cooking data: probe number, online status, temperature, battery level, target temperature, cooking start and completion times, temperature history, and probe notes you enter, used for live display, temperature alerts, and cooking history.
- App preferences: language and Celsius/Fahrenheit selection, used to retain your preferences.
The current version does not require your name, phone number, account, precise location, contacts, camera, photos, microphone, or advertising identifier for its core features.
2. Bluetooth Permission
With your permission, the App uses Bluetooth solely to scan for, connect to, and exchange temperature and status data with the BBQ_BASE base. If permission is denied, no additional personal information is collected, but device discovery, connection, and temperature display will not work.
You can withdraw Bluetooth permission at any time in iPhone Settings under “Privacy & Security → Bluetooth.” The App will be unable to connect to the base until permission is granted again.
3. How Information Is Used
- Discover, connect, disconnect, or switch between BBQ_BASE devices;
- Display probe temperatures, battery status, connection status, and cooking charts;
- Store target temperatures, trigger temperature alerts, and display cooking history;
- Remember language, temperature unit, and probe-note preferences locally; and
- Diagnose Bluetooth connection issues locally. Diagnostic information is not provided to us unless you choose to send it.
4. Storage, Retention, and Deletion
The information described above is stored within the App’s local iOS storage and is not synchronized by the App to our servers. Cooking records remain until you delete them from the History page or uninstall the App. You can also clear a probe note and save it.
To remove all data stored locally by the App, delete BBQ BASE from your iPhone. Reinstalling creates new local storage. Because the App does not provide user accounts, we do not retain a server-side account or cooking history for you to close.
5. Sharing, Sale, and Third-Party Services
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use local Bluetooth data, probe temperatures, cooking records, or notes for advertising or cross-app tracking. The App does not integrate third-party advertising services or standalone user-behavior analytics services.
The App relies on Apple iOS, the App Store, and its basic application runtime. Depending on your device settings, Apple may process App Store, system diagnostic, or crash information under Apple’s own privacy policy. This does not give the App access to your local cooking records.
6. Information You Provide When Contacting Us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details, issue description, device model, App version, or diagnostic material you choose to provide in order to support you. We retain it only as long as necessary to resolve the issue and meet legal obligations, and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss, including iOS app sandbox storage, requesting only the Bluetooth permission needed for the App’s functionality, and limiting network and third-party components. No system can guarantee absolute security; please protect your device and passcode.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed specifically for children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Minors should use barbecue equipment, the App, and temperature probes only with guardian supervision.
9. Food Safety Notice
Temperatures and presets shown in the App are cooking aids only. They do not replace food-safety guidance, physical inspection, or professional judgment. Food type, thickness, probe placement, resting time, and probe accuracy can affect results. Check food condition against applicable local food-safety guidance and follow the hardware safety instructions.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when features, laws, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the App, our website, or another appropriate channel. The updated Policy takes effect on the effective date shown on this page.
