快速开始
- 长按底座开关完成开机，并开启手机蓝牙。
- 打开 BBQ BASE 的“设备”页面，点击右上角加号，扫描并连接名为 BBQ_BASE 的底座。
- 从底座取出探针，确认探针显示“在线”并出现实时温度。
- 选择预设食材或手动设置提醒温度，在探针详情页点击“开始烹饪”。
- 完成烹饪后点击“完成”，可在“历史”页面查看本次记录。
常见问题
扫描不到底座
- 确认底座已开机、靠近手机且未被其他手机连接。
- 在 iPhone“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 蓝牙”中允许 BBQ BASE 使用蓝牙。
- 返回设备页停止扫描后重新扫描；仍无法发现时，请重启底座和手机蓝牙。
切换底座后找不到原设备
连接新底座前请等待当前连接断开完成。确认原底座未被其他设备连接后，再重新扫描。
探针不显示温度
- 确认底座处于已连接状态，并将探针从充电位取出。
- 检查探针电量及探针与底座的距离，等待数秒刷新状态。
- 将探针放回底座后再次取出，必要时重启底座。
没有收到到温提醒
请确认已经为对应探针启用提醒温度并开始烹饪，同时允许系统通知。不要把 APP 提醒作为判断食品安全的唯一方式。
如何检查新版本
打开“更多 → 检查更新”。如有新版本，按照提示打开 App Store 或指定下载页面。
提交反馈
您可以在 APP 内点击“更多 → 意见反馈”发送邮件。为了帮助我们定位问题，建议在邮件中说明：手机型号、iOS 版本、APP 版本、底座序列号、问题发生步骤，以及必要的截图。请勿发送密码、付款信息或其他无关敏感信息。
硬件及食品安全：请按照产品说明使用底座和探针，避免底座接触明火、高温表面或液体。APP 显示的温度和预设仅为烹饪辅助，请结合适用的食品安全指引确认食材状态。

Quick Start
- Press and hold the base power button, then enable Bluetooth on your phone.
- Open the Device page in BBQ BASE, tap the plus button, scan, and connect to the base named BBQ_BASE.
- Remove a probe from the base and confirm that it shows online with a live temperature.
- Select a food preset or set an alert temperature manually, then tap Start Cooking on the probe detail page.
- Tap Finish when cooking is complete. The session can be reviewed on the History page.
Frequently Asked Questions
The base is not found
- Make sure the base is powered on, near the phone, and not connected to another phone.
- Allow Bluetooth access for BBQ BASE in iPhone Settings under Privacy & Security → Bluetooth.
- Stop and restart the scan. If necessary, restart the base and toggle phone Bluetooth off and on.
The previous base is missing after switching
Before connecting another base, wait for the current connection to disconnect completely. Make sure the previous base is not connected to another device, then scan again.
A probe does not show a temperature
- Confirm that the base is connected and remove the probe from its charging position.
- Check probe battery and distance, then allow several seconds for status to refresh.
- Return the probe to the base and remove it again. Restart the base if needed.
No temperature alert was received
Confirm that an alert temperature is enabled for the correct probe, cooking has started, and system notifications are allowed. Do not rely on an App alert as the sole food-safety check.
How to check for updates
Open More → Check for Updates. If a new version is available, follow the prompt to open the App Store or designated download page.
Send Feedback
Tap More → Feedback in the App to send an email. To help us investigate, include the phone model, iOS version, App version, base serial number, steps to reproduce, and relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords, payment information, or unrelated sensitive information.
Hardware and food safety: Follow the product instructions and keep the base away from open flame, hot surfaces, and liquids. App temperatures and presets are cooking aids only; verify food condition using applicable food-safety guidance.
